Once you have started to use an Optergo Solution, we are sure that you will be satisfied with it! Therefore, we will repay 100% of the total amount paid to us if you decide to return the Optergo Solution*.

If you decide to return your solution, the following procedure applies:

  1. Let us know that you are not satisfied by sending us an email or letter within 60 days of receiving your Optergo Solution.
  2. We will investigate what the problem might be and correct it as far as possible (maybe you are not sitting in the right posture, maybe the lighting is wrong, etc). This will of course require your cooperation.
  3. If you still want to return your Optergo Solution (regardless if we correct the problem or not), you just send it to us together with information about how you want to receive the money (check or bank transfer).

We only require you to do a few simple activities in return:

      1. Answer an extra questionnaire after 4 weeks. 
      2. Follow our guide (i.e. Sitting correctly, doing short stretching exercises, etc).”

*This guarantee is only valid for our Optergo Solutions, i.e. Optergo Prism Spectacles, Optergo Prism Loupes, Optergo Flip Loupe Solution and Optergo Prism Dual Solution.
